Hi Rattlesnake Family,

Thank you all for another great week at the pool! Our swimmers are doing an amazing job, and we are so proud of both their hard work and the dedication of our coaches. Please keep up the great work!

I also wanted to send a quick reminder that we are guests at the Aquatic Center. Please help us take care of the facility by treating it with respect and leaving it even better than you found it—we definitely don’t want to wear out our welcome 😊. Also, please remember to check in at the front window each time you arrive so they can maintain an accurate attendance count.

🏊 Time Trials – Deadline this Wednesday
Please make sure your swimmer is signed up for Time Trials this Wednesday. This is an important part of the season and helps our coaches properly place swimmers for upcoming meets. Swim Meet Sign Up

🚨 All Parents Need to Volunteer at Time Trials

We are still looking for:
• 2 volunteers for concessions
• 4 volunteers for Ready Bench
• Additional scribes

Unless you have already selected the buyout option, all parents are expected to volunteer during Time Trials. We truly need all hands on deck to make this event run smoothly for our swimmers and coaches. Please make sure you are signed up and ready to help!

If you plan to volunteer as a Kid Herder or Ready Bench volunteer, please be sure you understand those responsibilities before signing up.

Proofs will be sent afterward for purchases. You do not want to miss Tuesday’s practice!

👕 Merchandise Pickup
Merchandise will be handed out near the Water Park Entrance during Time Trials. Please make sure to pick up all of your items.

Did you know that Coach Shelby and Coach Sarena offer private lessons? This is a great option for newer swimmers or anyone wanting extra practice and one-on-one instruction.  "I can personally vouch that they’re outstanding coaches who have made a huge difference for my girls, and I highly recommend taking the private lessons"
