Friday PM 5:45-6:00pm, Lane 5

Saturday AM 8:00-8:15am, Lanes 1 & 2

Saturday PM 12:40-12:50pm, Lane 3

Sunday AM 8:00-8:15am, Lanes 1 & 2

Sunday PM 11:40-11:50am, Lane 6

Volunteers: We are required to provide volunteers for the 11 & up sessions. I have created shifts like a typical meet. If these shifts do not get filled, I will assign them.

Please note that due to size of meet we will NOT be able to take on-deck entries.

PARKING: Please use the parking area near the stadium.

Building Entrance/Pool Location: Please use double doors near the stadium to enter the building. The pool is located down the hallway on the right. Entrance to the cafeteria is past the pool on the left.

Set up: The cafeteria will be available for set up during the meet. Please be mindful this will be a large meet and space will be limited. No large furniture, inflatable mattresses/bed/chairs and please fold your carts.

There is a grassy area next to the pool that will be available any time. The gym may also be open depending on the need.

Viewing Area: There is a viewing area located upstairs. Please use stairs located in the cafeteria to enter and exit the viewing area. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE UPSTAIRS HALLWAYS OR CLASSROOMS OUTSIDE DESIGNATED AREA.

Ready Bench: Entrance to the ready bench will be located on the first entrance on the main hallway leading to the pool. Once swimmers are done, they will exit using the doors behind the blocks. This will help us keep hallways dry to prevent any injury.

Please make sure swimmers have their events, heat, and lane written on them.

Concessions/Food Trucks: The team will be selling a few drinks and snack items. Food trucks will also be available during the meet.

Handicap Seating: Handicap seating will be available downstairs near the pool deck. Please use the downstairs pool entrance.

Awards: Awards will be available for pick up after each session. They will be placed in team bags. Please assign a representative to pick up the awards. There will be high point announcements after each session on Sunday.

Apparel: Fine Design will be available during the meet.

Facility Reminders:

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol is allowed in or on school facilities or grounds.

No glass containers.

Clean up after yourself once you are headed out.

No balls are allowed to be used inside the school.

No food/drinks in the pool area and viewing area.
