What's my access code? Your players' last name with the first letter capitalized. EX) Smith

How do I order just one print? Individual prints are available as an add-on after a package is purchased for each pose. We do not offer single prints. If we did, they would end up being the same price as our cheapest package since our pricing includes the session fees, ordering software, retouching, packaging, credit card fees, etc. Packages cannot be split among poses (one pose per package). UPDATE THIS YEAR: There is a $24 "package" for ONE 5x7 of the individual pose, but for just $1 more in the Endzone package, you can have 2-5x7s and 8 wallets! Also available as an add-on to a package for $10.

Buddy Photos? Poses with buddies are treated just like individual poses and must be ordered as a package. We recommend splitting a package with your buddy. If your buddy photo isn't showing, try their last name as a secondary password.

How do I order a team photo? After you add your package (for an individual pose) to your order, it will prompt add-on options. Scroll down and select either an 8x10 team, a 5x7 team, or one of the memory mate options. Yes, it may show the individual pose, BUT if it says TEAM, then you are ordering a team photo. YOU DO NOT SELECT THE TEAM PHOTO TO ADD TO CART. It is only there so you can preview it. If you are wanting to add on the FUNNY pose, please order as a team photo and then email us to let us know you want that.

Can I preview the different background options before ordering? No. The proofing software costs $1 per photo to do this and takes 3 extra days, so it is not feasible at this time. I do check the pose with the background for each image ordered, and if I don't think it will look good, I will send you an email and advise a different one.

How do I add a Memory Mate? After you add your package (for an individual pose) to your order, it will prompt add-on options.

I have more than one player. When you log in, you have the option to add multiple Access Codes if they have different last names.

What does an Individual Digital File include? It includes a single pose at high resolution. We process and retouch it as if we were sending it to print. If you want multiple poses, please add multiple digital files to your cart for each additional pose you would like.

Can I include multiple poses in one package? No, each package contains only one pose.When do we get the photos? We begin retouching/processing orders for the first round once the deliver-to-school deadline has passed. Thus, you WILL NOT receive digital images right after ordering.

When will we get these? You can expect your order three to six weeks after purchasing. You will be notified on how to download your digital files once processed. If you order after the deadline, it could take up to a month to receive your photos because we process orders weekly through the lab and USPS can be very slow.

Another kid shows in my login with my kid.. We use last names for logins so you don't have to sort thru all of the players to find yours so if multiple people have the last name, then they will all show.
