Good Evening, Rattlesnake Families!

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone this Sunday at 1:00 PM for Time Trials at the Conroe Aquatic Center! Below are a few important reminders to help the day run smoothly:

Time Trials – What You Need to Know:

• 📱 Stay Informed: Download the Rattlesnakes App to get the latest updates and notifications. Download
• 📍 Location: Conroe Aquatic Center 
• ⏰ Early Entry: Setup committee will receive a wristband for early entry. Only those with wristbands may enter before 1:00 PM. All others will be admitted when gates open at 1:00 PM.
• Volunteering: Each family is expected to volunteer during Time Trials. Please arrive on time for your volunteer shift so we can get started promptly.
  • Kid Herders: Please be ready to help organize your groups ahead of the team photo!
• 📸 Team Photo: Make sure you are on TIME!! We'll kick off Time Trials with a team photo. Make sure to pick up your team merchandise at the water park gate before entering the facility.
• This is the only home meet where families can set up inside the gates! Feel free to bring chairs, snacks, and small drink coolers (no glass bottles, please).  You don't need tents.
