Warm-Ups Saturday 6:30-6:55am - East pool, lane 7. Sunday 6:30-6:55am - West pool, lanes 1 & 2. Note that in the West pool, on both days, lanes 1-8 are open and can be used as starting block warm-ups in one direction only starting at 7:25.

Timelines I have attached the estimated timelines to this email. The Sunday timeline has us finishing just before 1:00 PM. The Saturday timeline shows a finish at approximately 3:00 PM.

Facility Set-Up the primary set up area will be the west side of the Natatorium in the grassy area and under the football stadium for convenient access to the ready bench and viewing stands. Parents who sign up to assist as timers and scribes (and their swimmers) will be allowed to sit in the bleachers on the pool deck. As a result, all spectators can come and go to watch their swimmers and return to their seating outdoors.

Volunteers: We are required to provide one ready bench shift on Saturday from 12:00-4:00 and two timers on Sunday 11:00-1:00. I will set up a schedule of non-official families to cover these in one-hour shifts. If you have a particular time you would like to volunteer, please let me know.

Awards: Awards will be distributed to team reps or designated alternates at the conclusion of each session. Please make sure that you have a team rep or coach pick up your team’s awards at the end of each session.

Concessions A full Concession will be available during the meet inside, upstairs near the spectator area.

Merchandise 2024 TRINITY SUMMER CLASSIC Heat Sheets and T-Shirts will be available for purchase at the meet. Preorders by team for selected merchandise will be accepted at registration. Use attached preorder form. Preordered merchandise packages may be picked up at the meet on Saturday and Sunday mornings after 9:00am. Swim gear will also be available at the meet.

The Trinity Summer Classic staff look forward to hosting your families this weekend. The Conroe ISD Nat is primed to deliver a fast meet in a tournament-class facility you've come to expect at Trinity. We're prepping the pool and making sure everything is ready for a first class meet. Hospitality is ready to feed our coaches and meet officials, and concessions will be available for all participants. We are expecting over 1400 swimmers this weekend!

Now all that's needed is you! As you arrive, please be advised of these Nat rules and helpful tips:

Please respect the Conroe ISD Nat facility by following the CISD Rules below:

Swimmer set-up will be outside to the west end of the building either in the grassy area or under the stands. There will be NO access to the football stands or football field.

Only meet staff, officials, coaches, and approved volunteers with wrist bands are allowed on deck. This includes during warm-ups. Volunteers will receive wrist-bands at check in. We still have slots open both Saturday and Sunday for Timer/Scribes, so sign up today! Timer/Scribes have the best spot to view the swims.

Absolutely no vehicles are allowed on the grass at any time. Please unload/load vehicles from the pavement.

Conroe ISD Police have a zero tolerance for alcohol. We know it's hot outside, and frosty beverages go well with that – just not on school property. Anyone found consuming and/or possessing alcohol will be removed.

Please find a seat when watching your swimmer. The Conroe Nat has plenty of seating and great views, so please do not loiter at the rail, blocking the view of other spectators.

All complaints, questions, or concerns regarding swimmers and events should be funneled through your respective coaches. This includes concerns over missed swims, DQs or relay changes. Volunteers for Trinity are present to facilitate the meet and must concentrate on the flow of the meet.

Swimtopia Mobile will be live during the meet.

Keifer Aquatics will be open Saturday of the meet.

We ask that all volunteer timers sign in at the volunteer table in the lobby BEFORE the meet starts for the day (sign in starts at 6:30 am) so that you can get your wristband for deck access when the meet starts. There will be a timers meeting at 7:45 both mornings under the large scoreboard.

Trinity t-shirts will be available for sale in the pool lobby before and during the meet sessions.
