Hello Summer Thunder Participants!

I have attached the meet program, warm-up schedule and timeline, but here are some details to note:

Address:

Klein Collins High School 20811 Ella Blvd Spring, TX 77388 (Please refer to the map in the meet program for parking, ready bench and set up.)

Set-up:

Air Conditioned / indoor setup will be available in the hallways & commons area at the high school. Families are required to clean up their area before leaving for the day.

Warm-ups:

Sunday, June 2nd

10 & unders - 8:45-9:00am Lane 4

11 & ups (only those swimming 100 Free & IM) - immediately after event 30 Lane 7

Monday, June 3rd

11 & up only - 4:30-4:45pm Lanes 1 & 2

**Facility will not allow anyone in until 7:30am on Sunday and 3:30pm on Monday.**

Timers:

We are only required to provide one timer for a 4-hour shift (Lane 7) on Monday afternoon. Please let me know if you are willing to time and I will set up a schedule so no one is committed for the whole session.

Ready Bench:

Swimmers will enter via the long hallway and wrap around the Nat. They will enter the deck via the back door of the nat and exit the same way to walk around the large glass windows on the outside to enter back in via the Commons door.

Concessions:

Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase Concessions. Food Trucks will be located in the grass area by the commons.

Awards:

Custom Medals will be awarded to the top 8 for each individual event by single age group as described below and top 3 relay teams in each relay event. Individual high point award for 1st place in each single age group. Team awards to top 3 teams in each of 2 divisions.

Award presentation will be immediately following the conclusion of the meet on Sunday for 10 & Unders. Monday will be 11 & Ups and Team Awards.

Merchandise:

A custom Summer Thunder Meet shirt will be on sale from D&J as well other apparel and swim gear at the meet. Free giveaways at the PACK Swimming Promotional Table.

Results:

Official results will be posted on the PACK Website (packswimming.com) under Hosted Meets Page & the NWAL Website (nwal.org) within 3 days after the conclusion of the meet.
