Hello Rattlesnake Families! Can you believe we are almost halfway through our regular season already?? That being said we want to make you aware of some additional opportunities for your child to swim. As a team we choose two midseason and two post season invitational meets to participate in. Things to know about these meets:

• Invitationals are optional participation meets.
• Sign-ups are through our website, the same as a typical dual meet.
• Swimmers will need to meet qualifying times to be able to participate in these invitationals. Swimtopia already has them loaded. If you can enter your swimmer, they have met the qualifying time. (This does not apply to Pentathlon.)
• There is an extra cost per event entered.
• Midseason invitationals are held on Sunday and/or Monday.
• Post season invitationals are held Saturday and Sunday of the weekend following our divisional meet.
• All families that have swimmers entered are required to volunteer at that meet. (This is in addition to regular season requirements.)
• Relays (if applicable) will be determined by the coaches and paid for by the team.
• Entry and payment deadlines are firm.
• You can pay for your swimmer’s entries under the merchandise tab on our website. (Use the quantity for the number of events, and personalization for how many events each of your swimmers is participating in.)
• Payment is due by the entry deadline or we will remove your swimmer from the meet. No exceptions.

Invitationals we will participate in(meet announcements-as available-are linked to our calendar):

• Summer Thunder – June 2 & 3, $9 per event
• Pentathlon – June 9, $40 total (your swimmer must enter all 5 events) Time Calculator
• Trinity – June 22 & 23, $8 per event
• Ponderosa – June 22 & 23, $10 per event

Entries and Payment Due:

• Summer Thunder – May 25th @ 6pm
• Pentathlon – June 1 @ 6pm
• Trinity – June 15th @ 6pm
• Ponderosa – June 15th @ 6pm
