Howdy Rattlesnake Family! Here we go! We are excited for the return of our fast and furious
Rattlesnake's swimmers and for swim season to kickoff! We can't wait to
witness the growth each of our swimmers' accomplish over these short
but fast-paced months. We are relying on you, parents/guardians, to be an
integral part of our team through your volunteering and being your
swimmer's best resource for the myriad of details that involves our
team's activities. You will receive a plethora of information via emails,

Please stay on top of these sources for updates. We are here to help
and all of our families love helping out, so don't be shy...ask
questions if you have them. PRACTICE:
(see attached Practice Schedule) *All Swimmers practice begins
Monday, April 8th *Please make your best effort to bring your swimmer(s) at their designated practice time *All swimmers and families must enter the pool through
the Ed pool entrance. There will be a City of Conroe employee who will
track our entrance. *All spectators for swimmers who are practicing in the
Ed pool must remain OUTSIDE of the tent. We suggest you provide your
own chair. There is a courtyard adjacent to the Ed pool that is
available while waiting for your swimmer. *Spectators whose swimmer is practicing in the Comp
pool, are allowed to sit in the bleachers under the tent. PARENTS: *You are responsible for reading and understanding the
2024 Handbook. (see attached). Utilize our calendar on the website to
stay updated of upcoming events. You are the "magic" that
makes this teamwork and we appreciate your investments of time,

go over everything you need to know for the season as well as cover the
parent volunteer requirements *Volunteer sign ups will open on Friday 4/19 *Team merchandise orders are due this Wednesday 4/10 TEAM
SUITS, etc D&J Sports, our merchandise vendor, will be at the
Pool this Thursday 4/11 from 4:30-6:30 PM This is the only day they will be here.
If you're not able to make it tomorrow to the swimsuit fitting; you
will have to go to Tomball to D&J's office to be fitted. 11407

TX 77377 This is the opportunity for your swimmer to try on suits
for proper size/fit. You will order your team suit(s) during this
event. You may also purchase extra suits, goggles, and swim caps. Sponsorships: We are still accepting Sponsorships. If you submit a
$500+ sponsorship, we will include your logo and it will be spotlighted on our team meet tshirt. We will accept sponsorships after Monday 04/08, however your logo will not be included on the t-shirts. All
sponsorships over $500 will receive a free swimmer's registration. (a

Nights: Spirit Nights are a great way to support the Team's
events like Spirit Night at the Waterpark and their Banquet. Local
restaurants will give a portion of their sales back to us from the
purchases made by our team during the designated time. These are super
fun and an easy way to feed the family and support the team. I will
email as soon as we have confirmed our first team spirit night. We are looking forward to a fun season and ready for
