Registration is Open!
Hello Rattlesnakes Family!
Registration for returning swimmers only is open via the link at the bottom of this email. Registration will close on March 31st or whenever we have reached our maximum. Only register swimmers who have been part of the Rattlesnakes Swim Team. DO NOT register siblings who are planning to join this season. We will have discount codes available at evaluations for those swimmers. Please read through this entire email before registering.
Handbook
The handbook and important dates on our website have been updated to reflect the most current information we have. Please read through both of these before registering. You will be required to sign off that you have read and understand both during registration.
New Swimmers
We believe there will be a very limited amount of spaces left after returning swimmer registrations. To better help us determine how to handle evaluations, please register your returning swimmers ASAP. If you have a sibling who would like to be evaluated for the team this season, email [email protected] with their name and age.
Re-evaluations
Any swimmer who did not qualify to swim at divisionals by participating in at least two dual meets last season will need to be reevaluated. More details about evaluations will be sent once returning swimmer registration ends.
Volunteers
On deck volunteers (ie officials, ready bench, kid herders) will be required to complete a background check before our first dual meet.
Officials
Please consider becoming certified to officiate our meets. It is not a hard process but is essential to being able to run sanctioned event. You can learn more about the process here.
Sponsorships
Please have any potential sponsors fill out this form. Remember, Silver level and up sponsors receive a free swimmer! Deadline for sponsors to be on the shirt is April 5th.
Board of Directors
Elections will be held at the end of season banquet this year. If you have any interest in serving on the board of directors for the 2025 and 2026 seasons please let a current board member know. Or you can email your interest to [email protected]. Questions are always welcome.
