Good evening Rattlesnakes!

Last night was so much fun for not only the kids, but also for the adults! I know the kids all loved getting to let loose and have fun with Coach Fossmo in the pool!! We are gearing up for our last team meet of the season, and I simply cannot believe that the season is almost over! Let's finish strong, and give it our all on Saturday and show our Rattlesnake team spirit!

Set up is outside so pack the car like you're going on vacation, but your'e not, you're just actually sitting outside and sweating it out lol!

Circle In: 6:30 AM

Warm-Up: 7:15-7:45 AM

Meet Start: 8:30 AM

This is a big meet and the last heat is slated for 3:25 PM so please plan accordingly. 

We will still have both practice sessions tomorrow (Friday 6/16) even though we have the Coach's Breakfast with our 13 & up at Denny's.

Get to bed early tomorrow night so we're all extra rested and ready to Swim Fast & Furious!!
