Howdy Rattlesnakes Families!

This Saturday 6/3 is our final home meet of the season and its going to be another early one! 

Circle in (Swimmers & Volunteers): 5:45 AM
Rattlesnakes Warm Up: 6:15-6:45 AM

Meet Start: 7:30 AM
The meet should finish between 12-12:20 PM

We will have the yummy and most necessary coffee truck available again! We will also have a lunch food truck and our concessions selling various snacks including All Star breakfast tacos. Please support the food trucks and our concessions as we will benefit financially with the sales from both.  The Open Range Coffee Truck and lunch food truck will give back a portion of their sales to our team. 

Setup: Our team set up area will be located in the same spot as last home meet; in the parking lot of the circle drive. Please be respectful of the landscaping when setting up your tents. 

Parking:  There will be 3 lots available for parking: Water park, playground and tennis courts. *You may not park in the VFW or the recreation center parking lot .* We are asking all Rattlesnakes Families to park in the WATER PARK lot.

We will have traffic coordinators to assist in the morning. We do not have a loading/ unloading zone so please be considerate of ample pedestrian movement the morning of the meet. WE ARE ASKING FOR CONSOLIDATION OF CARS- Pls do not bring two cars if you can as our parking is limited. WE ARE ASKING for you to partner with other RS families for tent set up due to space restrictions. We only have the circle drive parking lot to set up . Please work with RS team members to share tents as we will be squeezed in tight with Imperial Oaks also setting up their tents here.

Lastly, please prepare for a fun meet! Let's show Shenandoah what our team is all about with being extra friendly, welcoming, and showing great sportsmanship! In order to finish the meet on time, we need everyone to be ready and on time for their shifts; especially with hosting such a large team! Set your alarm clocks now....pack the bags tomorrow...it will be an early morning! This will be a competitive team and we need all of our swimmers and volunteers well rested and ready to....
