Happy Friday evening!!
I know many of you are getting your snacks ready and cars packed for our first meet tomorrow! I have pasted detailed information below from the home meets team representative including address, set up/arrival and warm up times. Don't forget to bring a cooler full of healthy snacks and drinks to keep your swimmer fueled and hydrated and a bag of skittles for that quick burst of energy! You are able to set up tents/canopies so I highly recommend that you bring a shade covering and chairs/ blanket to sit on for breaks during heats. I always pack little things to keep my kids busy like a drawing pad, book, etc. and bring a sharpie to write your child's heats down on their arms. Its going to be a great day and I cant wait to see all of our swimmers in the pool, swimming fast & furious and beating their times!! Whoop whoop!!

Canes warm up: 7:10-7:40am
Visiting Team Warm up: 7:40- 8:10am
Morning relay changes due: 8:00am
Timer & Scribe meeting: 8:00am
Meet Start: 8:30am
Visiting team set up is located in the parking lot just outside the pool (outlined below in red). The entrance to our pool is off South Alden Bridge Drive. Please note that the entrance road into the pool is narrow and doesn’t accommodate for U-turns. There are a very limited number of parking spots available to residents using the tennis courts during our meet, as well as coaches and officials.
Please park safely along South Alden Bridge Drive (marked with yellow arrows in the map). Buckalew Elementary is immediately west of our pool and may have additional parking.
Visiting team set up will begin after 7:15 a.m. when the area is roped off for families to set up.
Buckalew Elementary is the building with the green top. The parking spaces closest to the tennis courts are reserved for both teams officials. The spaces directly in front of the pool are for all coaches. There is a gate on the side of the building that you can use for easier access to the pool area.
