Howdy Rattlesnakes!

With practices well underway; our coaches are working hard to get your swimmer(s) ready for time trials. Please try and make as many practices as you can as the more time in the water, the stronger and more prepared your child will be!

I have attached the picture order form to this email so you can start looking over the form and deciding which package or specialty item you would like to order. My boys have had pictures taken by Images, Inc. for their rugby team and I was very impressed by the quality and myriad of items that they had to offer. The best part is that they will have a full display of every item that they offer, as some items are hard to visualize until you see them in person. Our team picture will be taken before time trials and individual pictures will be taken on Tuesday May 9th from 3:30-4:45PM. 

Time Trials is fast approaching and will be here in a few weeks on Sunday, May 7th 1-5PM. You are already able to login on swimtopia and declare your child's swim status as either "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet" (this is where you will sign up your child for what strokes they will swim at the next meet->time trials is an exception as you will want to sign them up for every stroke so they will have a seed time to swim at future meets.) We are requesting that every swimmer make it to time trials as you will run the risk that your child will not have a seed time for the first meet (seed time is the initial time that they swam for each stroke which they need to swim at meets). We will have a google doc that I will send out that you can fill out if you are unable to make it. We will do our best to accommodate those requests. 

Our first Rattlesnakes Spirit Night is tomorrow Tuesday, April 25th from 5-9PM at the Jason's Deli in Conroe. Make sure to mention that you are there on behalf of the Conroe Rattlesnakes and they will give our swim team 15% back from your total bill!!
