Hello Rattlesnakes!

We, as a team, choose to participate in several invitationals during our season. These are all OPTIONAL, and do cost fees in addition to your registration.

Invitationals:

Summer Thunder – June 5 & 6 at CY-Ranch High School (Registration closes 5pm on May 28^th)

Pentathlon – June 12 at CY Springs High School

Trinity Summer Classic – June 25 & 26 at CISD Natatorium

Ponderosa Championship Invitational – June 25 & 26 at CFISD Natatorium (Time Standards)

Qualifying Times:

Most of the invitationals have qualifying times that your swimmer will need to achieve to participate in that meet. When you go to register for the events, you will only be able to register your swimmer for events they have qualified for. Summer Thunder and Trinity allow swimmers to participate in all events if they have qualified in three strokes. Click on the events above to view the meet announcement.

Cost:

Invitationals range $7-$10 per event excluding Pentathlon. Pentathlon requires that the swimmer participates in all five events and costs $40 for the entire meet. After registering for an invitational, you must go to the ‘Team Merchandise’ tab and pay for the events. Choose the correct invitational and use the quantity to pay for as many events as you have registered for. If you do not pay for your events by the registration deadline, we will remove your swimmer from the invitational. Coaches will create relay teams and the team will pay for those fees.

Volunteering:

Each family that chooses to participate in an invitational is REQUIRED to volunteer during the meet. These shifts do not count toward your six required shifts for our season. Volunteer sign up will open once the host team informs us of our team responsibilities.
