Howdy 10 & Under families!

Today at 8pm is the deadline to sign up your swimmer for this Saturday's meet.

Swimmers may swim in up to five (5) events; three (3) individual and two (2) relays. Swimmers will decide which individual events they want to swim in and must register ONLINE. Coaches will choose the relay swimmers and will register them. To register for individual events:

1. Log in with your username and password
2. Logged in parents can declare meet attendance and choose events for each swimmer associated with their account by clicking the Swim Sign-up link on the website's Swim Meet schedule.
3. If you do not plan to attend, please log in and choose “not attending” for that meet.

The deadline for meet entries is Wednesday night at 8pm, prior to the Saturday meet. All swimmers that have seed times may register for all dual meets, however, if the swimmer later decides, for any reason, NOT to attend the meet or change events, you will need to log back in and change your registration. Meet exchanges with the opposing team is on Thursday evening, NO changes can be made after the 8pm on Wednesday deadline.

**It is the responsibility as a parent/guardian to ensure you are registered and your child is correctly signed up. Registration and changes after Wednesday will not be possible, and will cause your swimmer not to swim.**

RELAY PARTICIPATION

Check weekly to see if you have been placed in a relay, as it will change.

There are 2 kinds of Relays:

Medley Relay (each swimmer swims a different stroke) no 6 and under

Freestyle Relay (each swimmer swims freestyle)

Coaches will place swimmers in Relay groups. Their decisions are final.

If you are placed in a Relay you are expected to stay and participate in the Relay. If you do not, you may forfeit being in a future relay. If you have not CIRCLED IN by 7am at home meets and 7:30am at away meets, you will be replaced in the relay for that event.

Lemm Elementary is right across the street and you are able to use that parking lot as well

Basic Info:

*Circle in swimmers & volunteers- 7:00am-7:30am, sharp

*Volunteers will meet at the circle in table at 7:45am for assignments

*All Volunteers will meet around 8:00am for timers/scribes meeting - Announcements will be made that morning

*Officials usually meet 8:00-8:15-Announcements will be made that morning

*Warmups your team
7:45AM-8:15AM

*Meet starts @ 8:30AM

Your team set up area is under a large pavilion with several tables and benches.

There is grassy area all around for your use too! Pop ups can still be used.

We will have a spectator space on deck for families to watch their swimmers. We ask that once the race is complete, you leave the deck and go back to your set up area.

We ask for the kids to stay off the tennis courts and retaining rock walls!

Parking: Constables will be on call Saturday mornings policing traffic and have asked that we communicate the following.

Please use the designated unloading area at the base of the water tower, established for the safety of our swimmers. There is no parking in the main lot. In addition, there will be no parking on the grass. All vehicles in handicap or unauthorized spaces idle or not, will be given citations and may be towed. ***Designated parking areas are shown on the map attached for your convenience.***
