Howdy Rattlesnake Fam!

Thank you to all of the parents who came out to our Parents Meeting last evening.

We want to recap a few items, provide a additional reminders and details about important topics covered last night. Thank you also to all of those who ate at Cains for our first Spirit night! Don't forget also, next Tuesday is our 2^nd Spirit night at Panda Express off 105 and I-45. Tell them you are with the Rattlesnakes Team!

• ANY swimmer who can make the 4pm practice, please come! This will lessen the numbers in the later practices which is beneficial for all.
• ALL new swimmers, please read the “2021 Handbook” This will answer a plethora of questions you may have.
• ALL team swimsuit orders from D&J Sports 281-370-7946 are due this Saturday (team suits are not mandatory)
• All team apparel orders are due this Saturday. You can access this under “Team Merchandise” link at www.rivershire.swimtopia.com
• ***Volunteer Sign Ups open this Sunday at 3pm***

Volunteer responsibilities-

        * each family with 1 swimmer is responsible for 3 shifts

* families with swimmers in both age groups (10 & under & 11 & up) are responsible for 6 shifts - 3 shifts per age group

Ex 1: if you have a 6 yr. old swimmer and an 11 yr. old swimmer, you will need to cover 6 shifts-preferably 3 shifts in each age group

Ex 2: if you have 3 swimmers in multiple age groups, you will cover 6 shifts

Ex 3: if you only have one swimmer, you will cover 3 shifts in their age group

Ex 4: if you have two swimmers in one age group, you will cover 3 shifts

Committees:

If you are interested in participating in a committee, please get in touch with one of us quickly- before Sunday. Participation in a Committee will count for your Volunteer shifts.

Committees include:

Computers- we need 3 volunteers

Officials- we need as many as want to join

Kid Herders

Ribbon writers- 4 volunteers needed- 2 per age group

Set up/take down

Banquet/Spirit night
